We have one double room available to rent.
The room is furnished with the following things:
- Double bed with a Simba hybrid mattress.
- Wardrobe
- 3 piece chest drawer
- bedside night stand
- tv stand with a 55 inch 4k led tv.
- thermal blackout blinds.
- IKEA white bookshelf

Dimensions of the room in meters width 3.10m/length 3.0m/height 2.15m.

Bathroom/living room/kitchen are shared and the house has a council tax band A tax code.

The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood and at a 1 minute walk from the 51/52 busses.
There's a co-op/heron and Gregg's in close proximity alongside a handful of small shops.
The house is from a 25 minute walk to Amazon and other warehouses in that area so it is perfect for those working in area. Also 25 minutes away from Newcastle Monument through the 52bus and metro line.

We have no car so if you have a car, it can be curb parked on the street.

Looking for a considerate and generally neat person that works day shift as we do as well.
