Plenty of trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, and a huge Tesco Supermarket are all within a short walking distance. The riverside walk right by the flat is perfect for a stroll or jogging. The Millenium Bridge and the Sage Concert hall is also just a stone throw's away.

Yet the flat is very quiet and cozy. The clean, bright, and spacious living room has incredible views over the River Tyne and Newcastle. The flat is absolutely beautiful and viewing is recommended to appreciate what it offers. It is much nicer than these photos.
An obsessive and compulsive cleaner would be very welcomed.
