The living room has a stove which is perfect for winter nights in. The kitchen has loads of storage space and access in a good sized yard that comes handy for BBQs when it gets warmer. The bathroom has been recently refurbished.

The flat is in a great and safe location and only 3 minutes walk from South Gosforth metro, with excellent links in the city centre and the coast. Also it is only 10-15 minutes walk from the shops ,bars and restaurants on High street. Plus walking distance from the Freeman Hospital.

The room is available mainly Monday to Friday but could be potentially open to 7 days a week let for the right person.

Very flexible around start time and contract length. Looking for females only :)

Note that you will often have the whole place to yourself as I tend to travel down south for work.
