I have a spare room to rent in my home. Would suit a graduate/mature student/young professional.

I live in Gosforth close to Asda and the Regent Centre Metro which has good public transport links to Newcastle, Northumberland, Gateshead, Central Station and the Airport.

The house is quite big with a nice garden and a driveway for parking. There is a shared kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is large and has plenty of space to cook etc. There are plenty of plates, cups, pots and pans to share. some personal cupboard space will also be provided.

The room has a single bed with a brand new mattress and bedding, a wardrobe and fold away desk. It is quite large for a single bedroom.

There is a good-sized, shared bathroom with towels for you to use.

Bills included are Council tax, Water, Gas, Electricity, and high-speed internet.

About me:

I am a 38-year-old self-employed teacher and I often travel abroad for work and leisure. The house is generally quiet, but I do teach online during the day. There is one other housemate and we are both very laid back.

The kitchen has a good dishwasher too.

Hollywood Avenue is a lovely quiet street with nature walks close by and good cycling routes. There is a lot to enjoy in this area so I hope you will like it as much as I do.
