Double Room With Large Tv

The room price includes a private fridge freezer, household bills inc. council tax, water, electric, gas & WiFi. I also provide a large TV in room with fire stick. The TV has a tv license, Amazon prime, YouTube premium & Netflix attached to house accounts.
I also include household day to day stuff, including toilet roll & cleaning products.

This is living with myself, Lucy. I have done house sharing on and off for years. I’m very laidback and enjoy music/festivals/gigs, beer, espresso martinis, furniture restoration, travel and art.
This is also sharing with Merin, who is well travelled, a good cook and animal lover.
Looking for an easy roommate who don’t mind a chat and laugh and are respectful of boundaries.
Be nice to eat together and go for a beer at the local occasionally 🙂

There is a large friendly dog on the property and a small outdoor cat. Anyone who applies for the room must be good with animals! If you are not comfortable with animals this place is not for you.

DOUBLE ROOM - Available 13th January

The double room is £595 and has a double bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe and 50inch wall mounted smart TV.

(We are installing wood floors on 11th January so room will look even better!)

This room is south facing and gets sun all day, it also looks over the garden.

THE HOUSE AND LOCATION

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 toilets, dining room, living room, garage with room for bike and south facing garden.

The house is 5 min walk from the metro, 5 min walk from Aldi, close to Kingston park, close to A1, Gosforth highstreet and lots of bars and cafes.
It takes 10 minutes to get to Haymarket (City Centre), by car or metro travel.
Free on road parking and driveway.
