Situated 3 minutes from the metro with great links to town and the airport, near the Freeman Hospital and close to a number of local shops. The flat is only a few minutes walk from Jesmond Dene, 3 minutes from a Sainsbury's local, a few minutes more to Lidl and about a ten minute walk to Gosforth High Street.


A small yard to the rear with shed for bikes etc. and on street parking (no permit required).
The neighbour downstairs is really friendly.

In the flat there are two teachers, one girl and one guy. Looking for a friendly clean flatmate to move in.
