We are three Master students (2 female, 1 male) studying Architecture at Newcastle University. We like home cooking, gin, architecture and appreciate film nights in as much as nights out. Ideally we’re looking for a sociable tenant to join our home!
We’re offering the tenant a cosy, newly redecorated, small double room, furnished. It also has a large front window with plenty of light. All bills are included and no admin fees as it is a private landlord.
Located in Heaton, a prime student area, it is an upper Tyneside Flat with 3 bedrooms on a quiet residential street. There’s a spacious south-facing living room, clean and functional kitchen with brand new appliances and a bright bathroom. We also have access to shared backyard.
The flat is nearby to both universities as well as the Ouseburn and the city centre. Locally, we are only a 5 minutes walk from Byker High Street, Morrisons Supermarket and many shops.
We are looking to fill the room from the 1st of October, so feel free to get in touch!
