Double room

We are looking for a young professional to join our house share. It's a fully furnished room with a small balcony. It’s £420pcm which includes all bills.

Our house is a large Victorian house with lots of character and space, there is a large kitchen/dinner, a living room, bathroom, utility room and a back yard. There is free on street parking.

We are half an hour walk from the quayside and haymarket, 5 minute walk from the metro and about 2 minutes from Heaton park! There are lots of restaurants and cafes close by.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional to join our household. The house currently consists of two females and Male. we are all young professionals who work full time and are into sport with the odd bit of drinking:). We have a small friendly cockapoo who lives here too.

We are looking to rent this room out on a rolling month contract so you are not tied down however we would like someone who is looking for longer term renting not just an initial month.

No smokers please. The room is available from 09.11.19 however we are flexible. We look forward to hearing from you :)
