Large double bedroom available in a 4 bed 2 bathroom house share. There is a large open plan living/kitchen area as well as a hallway and storage space downstairs. Furniture is included. Bills are roughly £100pm including council tax.

Located on Chillingham Road with vast amounts of amenities and within walking distance of the city centre and universities. Plenty of space for a home working station. All bedroom doors have locks fitted.

I am only leaving the property to move home and help my parents. All the remaining housemates are incredibly considerate and lovely people, which as a night shift worker has been amazing. We do enjoy the occasional night out and socialise with each other fairly regularly, although respect each other’s privacy and work schedules. The remaining housemates are a mix of undergraduate, postgraduate, and teacher in training.
