I'm sadly going to be leaving Newcastle next month and looking for someone to take over my room. It's a decent sized attic room with a large closet/wardrobe.

There are 3 other housemates in this property: 1 male, 1 female and 1 trans woman.
It's a young professional house with housemates working across various industries (Phd, software developer and NHS aspiring psychologist).
We’re fairly a fairly sociable flat and enjoying going for a drink, seeing live music and going to the cinema. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and tidy and down to go for a few pints on a Friday.
There is a bills package which is around £125 a month and council tax is £50 a month so the total for this room per month is £675. The current contract for this flat is until June 2027. We're located just off Chillingham Road, close to loads of great pubs and shops as well as the No.1 Bus.
We also have a small yard out back, we're on a friendly street and get on well with the downstairs neighbours.
