Medium sized double room in cosy modern 2 bedroom upper flat. (3rd bedroom is used as an office).
Available from 1st April - flexible.
The room is available short term for up to 6 months
Looking for a friendly, sociable, tidy person who will take care of the house as if it were their own.
I am a 36 year old girl who enjoys yoga, gym, sea swimming, travel and social drinks. I am a live in landlord, but am thinking of travelling towards the end of summer, so only looking for a short term flatmate.
The flat is in Heaton. A 3 min walk to the coast road where buses frequently pass to the city centre, universities etc (10 mins) or the other direction to the coast. A 10 min walk will take you to a metro.
The house is on the edge of Heaton, which benefits from a quieter/ cleaner neighbourhood, but is only a short walk to Chillingham rd and the supermarkets/ cafe/ pubs that come with it.
Street parking is available.
There is a garden/ shed to the rear.
Bills inc gas, electricity, water, internet & tv.
Any questions please ask,
Judi-Marie 😊
