I am willing to consider lets at the minute during the COVID19 situation. You must be working - I don't accept housemates who are unemployed or not working. Cleanliness is of utmost importance at this time, so you will be expected to clean up after yourself at all times to keep the house hygienic for all. Please note that if you have considered this house previously, there are currently no Airbnb guests nor are any planned in the next three months.

Looking for a friendly, easy going person for a great four bed house share in a central Hebburn location (only five minutes away from the metro station and shopping centre). A three storey townhouse with four bedrooms, a dining kitchen, a second living room and study that doubles up as a spare room. Offers a great amount of living area. The property is really modern with a very well stocked kitchen and all appliances such as dishwasher, etc.

I also have a garage round the back if you have a bike or something similar that you want to store. There are weights in there which I am happy to be shared.

A great location, tucked away from the noises of busy roads, but still in walking distance to local amenities, with a gym and restaurant just around the corner and a bit further along an ASDA supermarket as well as Hebburn Metro for commuting. On street free parking is also available.

Hebburn is a really friendly town with a lively nightlife and also a quick and easy commute (10-15 minutes) to Newcastle, Sunderland and South Shields via metro or bus, and is also very close to the A19 and A1 for commuting by road.

There is only one room available to rent, however you will have the choice of one of two rooms that we have free in the house. Both have double beds and double wardrobes. One is situated on the middle floor of the house next to the bathroom, the other is situated on the top floor. All the usual mod cons throughout the house.

You will have use of all communal areas in the house. The house is shared with myself and 1 other. We all work full time and you will likely see us more in the evenings, however the communal spaces are often still free as we tend to use our bedrooms more often than not.
