Seeking female professionals to move in with me to this property.
570 ROUGHLY INC BILLS AND COUNCIL TAX
It is a 3 bed unfurnished flat with large bedrooms a cubby living room and a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom.
All carpets are new and walls have been repainted. Lots of hallway storage too! I have been to view this already so I can send you my video.
To make the room sizes even the intended living room will be a bedroom with the cubby as a living room instead.
The apartment has an oven, but no washer or fridge. I am happy to get these cheap second hand and split the cost as a flat. I have looked and these are roughly 90 each so would cost us each 60 for both a fridge/freezer and washing machine.

One bedroom has a balcony (room2) , the other has slightly more space (room1).
Council tax band B- for three people this is around 50 pounds per month
Bills would be around 70 per person depending on usage.
This would make it 570 per month.
Just looking for tidy and clean like minded people that are fun to be around and love to chill too. Respecting eachothers sleep etc.
