With all four of our children having now moved to London, abroad or University, the third floor of our family home in Jesmond is available to rent.

The third floor consists of two double bedrooms, a shower room and a central living area.

We have a large family kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, which you are welcome to use - fridge/freezer, Aga, induction hob, electric oven and plenty of cupboard space.

The house is very well-located, the closest metro stops are West Jesmond and Ilford Road which both take you into the town centre, the train station, the airport and the coast. We are within walking distance of the centre of town (25 minutes), the Freeman Hospital (20 minutes), RVI Hospital (25 minutes) and both Universities (25 minutes) so an ideal place for a Medical Professional, Student, Lecturer or Professional needing to stay in a convenient part of Newcastle.

Jesmond is a lovely area, the closest suburb to the town centre. Within 5 minutes walking distance from our house, there is a Waitrose, Tesco, cafes, bars and plenty of restaurants.

We are charging £700 per month for the room. This price includes bills, council tax, on street parking and use of the washing machine and dryer.

The current residents living in our home are - Mum and Dad, with visits from our four children on some weekends.

We are an outgoing, friendly and welcoming family that have had an array of lovely lodgers living with us for the past couple of years.

Ideally we are looking for people who would like to stay one month or more, however, please get in touch if you would like to discuss other arrangements.
