friendly home. room to rent. shared aminities. We would like friendly easy going person. food not included but all bills are including council tax and broadband. Excellent transport links in to city centre, Gosfoth and Shopping park. All previous tenants have liked their stay and felt at home.
I feel my home is really good value for money. Utility bills and council tax have all seen increases. I"m the owner of the home, I stay maybe once a month so the house is really between 2 people
