Hello there!

We're looking for a new housemate to join us in this beautiful house, set on a quiet Georgian square.
Despite the quiet setting, it's only a ten-minute walk to Grey's Monument or to Central Station.
The three of us are a good mix of all ages and professions, and we're looking for a fourth housemate. As you can probably tell from the photos, this definitely ISN’T a student house – we are looking for people who are more interested in housekeeping than partying…

The room:
Large room 3.5 x 4.5m (12 x 15 feet); with a double-bed, lots of storage-space, a large desk and a broadband point.

The house:
There are three toilets, two shower rooms and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The house is beautifully maintained and problems are always resolved quickly.

The boring bits:
Contract is for a 1-month minimum.
Rent includes council tax and water rates.
Monthly bills come to about £110 per month each in the summer (£125 in the winter) and cover utilities, broadband and a weekly cleaner.
