Modern Flat for Young Professiona/PhD student

Cozy Room with double bed, chest drawer, built-in wardrobe in friendly house AVAILABLE on the 20th October.

You will be sharing the house (2-bedroom flat) with my current housemate. He is a spanish PhD student working at Newcastle University. He is a very tidy and easy going person, lovely to have a chat with.

The flat is stylish, modern, comfortable, recently decorated to high level. The landlady is pretty laidback and would accommodate any needs (no agency fees). There is a shared bathroom with bathtub, shared living room with cozy sofa, tv, dining table. Kitchen is all new, with brand new fridge, washing machine and all utensils are provided. The house has gas central heating and it stays really warm in the winter. There are two cupboards and plenty of storage room. It is a 3rd (top) floor flat (there is no lift), and the house is energy efficient (bills including council tax, and internet are about 110-140)

The house is conveniently located next to the Newcastle University and just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. It is a quite residential area between Exhibition Park and Leazes park with a couple of local pubs next door.

We are looking for a tidy and easygoing young professional or a PhD student to replace me as i am moving out in October. .
