FULL TIME INTERNATIONAL OR EUROPEAN STUDENT

Hi I am a masters music production student at University of York. Looking for an independent, genuine, respectful full time student to let a room to.
I am a piano teacher and I am working on a new music production career . I like to be left to myself and ignored ideally, so I can get on with my projects etc. I am diplomatic and polite and I am looking for alike person.
I will offer a piano/singing lesson per week as part of this fee. I teach ABRSM and music composition, songwriting. This advert is only available for a full time International or European student as I mentioned. You will need documentation and proof of your university/college agreement.

I have a perfect, spacious, well lit room with a great view and a desk available.

There is a Q3 bus at central station and it takes 5 minutes journey by the road at Quayside; it stops just near the property. There are few bus stops around.

It is 30 mins if to walk to town. Quayside is 15 mins walk from the property. (Balcony has amazing views to enjoy and to have a breakfast or a cup of tea when the weather is summery.
There is a space for a bicycle at the property and there is a very quiet cycle path near surrounded by water (river) on one side and a park on the other, suitable for running or walking also.
I have a Parrot and it likes to sing bird stuff during the day occasionally.
The room has a new Super Comfortable bed with a high quality mattress.

The room is beautiful and comfortable. It has a fair size portable table; it is for to use as a desk and for studies also. There is a wardrobe, it is well lit room, with a perfect view window/gas central heating. Wi-fi is included up to 3 hours at after 9pm. Also additional 1-3 hours at other time (if I am inside the flat at any other time). I can stream an additional wifi of my phone for you up to 3 hours per day when I am in.

If you sign a longer stay contract of a 1 year than a full time -Wifi will be fixed for you within 1.5 weeks (just as soon as broadband company's technician arrives)

Toilet and bathroom are separate.

Kitchen, washer, fridge, cooker, microwave, panini maker, cofee maker with froth, I even have an ice cream maker.

The house is a 6 flats place and it is very safe, although must be treated with respect as of families and people around. It is not suitable for parties.

Quiet hours: 10pm-9am

video viewing can be arranged, this can be helpful for if you are travelling from elsewhere.
Monthly renewal contract up to 6 month or up to a year if agreed by terms monthly terms. 1 -2 years for students.
You must be able to provide a passport (visa also if applicable) documentation,
also your university course study agreements, and a
fee loan confirmation and or bank account confirming you have sufficient means to pay for your rent (bank account proof of means is only required if you do not have a loan letter confirmation and if you do not work).
A character letter from employer - if you are a professional and a work contract or a letter from your employer. I can consider a professional tenant if you are interested to learn piano.*
