2 rooms available, bigger one £400 a month (available 27th sept) and smaller one £350 per month (available now). There has been lots of interest therefore I am going to do an open house at 6pm on Thursday 25th August. My other housemate is english and she is moving into a house with her bf so her room is now available from 27th sept.
I like to exercise- running, hiking and workouts in particular. I like cooking and love the odd Sunday roast. I have travelled a fair bit and lived abroad.
It is newly decorated, new applicances and newly carpeted throughout. Great back garden/patio perfect for bbqs and lots of sunshine this summer. Fab location 6 min walk from longbenton station which is 7 mins to town, 1 stop to south Gosforth- airport line and 13 mins to the coast!
We are looking for an easy going person, who is clean and tidy, that likes to have the odd glass of wine and discuss travel stories or the next adventure.
