Three rooms are in need of flatmates! BUDDY UPS WELCOME! located next St Peter's Basin marina, and near the tyne river. (If your looking at the photo its the one in the corner)

All three double rooms comes already furnished and pre-cleaned upon arrival, each fitted with large cupboards, drawers, and full-length mirrors. Each room has a desk and chair.

It boasts a big modern kitchen stocked with pots, pans, glassware, and other dining attire, along with grill/oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, with a large American style fridge freezer, With washing machine and dishwasher.

This kitchen/dining area overlooks the garden and back decking/patio which is perfect in the summer for bbq's or hosting social events.

The shared living room is also quite large, with 40" tv with amazing surround sound and has a balcony which also overlooks the back deck/patio and garden

The house is currently occupied by a professional/"mature" student. There are two parking spaces if you drive, however, if prefer to walk, it is not far from the city center, about 25-30mins.

The property itself is well kept with modern furnishings, in a friendly idyllic courtyard with other house shares in the area who are also social

Bills are around 60-70ruffly this includes water, gas/electric, and council tax split between four persons. So in total your looking around 400 mark. Contracts are flexible depending on how people there is but would probably be a minimum 6 month for the entire house to avoid rooms being empty!
