There is a lovely open living room (including a sofa bed if you have visitors over), a nice kitchen and a bathroom. There is also a sort of small storage/laundry room.
The bedroom has extra storage (behind the robes etc) if you want to store your bike or anything else there.
Rent is not including bills. Wifi is £15pm, water is £12pm and gas/electricity is around £30pm (probably less now in summer).
If you are a professional council tax will be divided with the other housemate
