Double bedroom in postgrad 2 bed flat

The flat is located a 2-5 minute walk from central station and the quayside. The enclosed courtyard layout makes it surprisingly quiet for such a central location.

I am mainly looking for someone to join my tenancy from 12.4.21 - 11.4.22 but the room itself is available now.

The room is a cosy double with an ottoman storage bed, wardrobe and a sizeable private bathroom (bath and shower). There is also enough space for other storage units or a desk in the room depending on what you need.

The kitchen has a large, sociable layout with ample cupboard space, breakfast bar, and a wine rack.

The cosy living area opens via french doors onto the South-West facing balcony, overlooking the pleasant courtyard.

My desk is currently set up in the shared living space but I am planning on removing this by April as I am transitioning back to the office. If however you need space to work from home and like this arrangement I am happy for it to stay and you work there rather than in your room.

I am friendly and sociable. Definitely looking for someone I can get along with rather than just exist in the same space. I work a lot so will mostly be quiet but pints and good conversation are always welcome.

I am sadly already using the 1 included parking permit but annual parking is purchasable from the Times Square car park right next to the building. That being said, if this is the only thing putting you off, I am happy to discuss options.
