Hi, looking for someone to take over my room for second semester, it’s a really nice house, 3 minute walk from the Newcastle uni campus, a 1 minute walk to St james metro station, a 5 minute walk to hay market/monument metro station. The room is massive with a ensuit bathroom, a big bay window and large tv. It is a double bed and the room is furnished. The living room, kitchen and garden are all very generous. Currently there are 2 girls and 5 boys living here and am looking for someone to move in for January. Rent is £108 a week Please respond if you are interested. Bills are a additonal £12 a week and include ultra fast wifi, unlimited water, electricity, gas, TV Licensence and council tax. The house is really very nice and the house mates are all very friendly.
