Bedroom in 2 bed flat with ensuite

2 bed flat - 5 mins walk from Newcastle University. WOMEN only applicants may apply.

Double bed, desk, mirror, under bed storage and ensuite (shower, sink, towel rail, toilet). Shared kitchen/dining/living room with washing machine (no dryer). Second bathroom used by myself.

Bills not included - wifi, gas, electric, water. Bills in my name and paid through direct debit. Flatmate will need to send me half (sharing Bills 50/50).

Looking for quiet and clean housemate - I'm a bit of a neat freak and like to have a clean, quiet house to come back to. No large gatherings, parties or one night stands.

No locks on bedroom doors so please be respectful of others spaces/belongings. Shared fridge/freezer space so similar rules apply to food.

Heating currently off - if you want it on then Bills will be higher than they currently are. Lights are used sparingly to also reduce cost of bills.
