Furnished Double Room ensuite Newcastle Upon Tyne

Hello,

I am the owner a 3 bedroom house near Wallsend Newcastle Upon Tyne, and I am relocating to the US with work for approx 2 years. I am hoping to rent my master bedroom out. It is on its own floor, furnished with high quality furniture and ensuite bathroom with shower.

You will be sharing with my current lodger who I have lived with for 3 years. She is professional, outgoing and clean and tidy.

Open outdoor space at the back, with garden furniture and south facing garden.

I bought this house as my first home so I have spent a lot of money furnishing and getting to how i like it, I am unexpectedly locating for work purposes so I would like someone who will appreciate it as much as I do.

I will be return adhoc, and staying in the third bedroom.

Bills not included, will be split equally between other housemate.
