Hi, I am looking for a new housemate. The room is a good size, very purple but with a lovely view of the garden and trees. Furnishings include a bed, desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and optional TV. The rest of the house consists of a communal bathroom (shower and bath), large modern kitchen, with a washing machine, a dining room and a living room with lots of plants. There is also a conservatory with relaxing views of the garden. Council tax band C (included in price)

Space is available in the bedroom to work from home, or you could use the dinning room if you'd prefer. Garage with space for bikes and additional storage. Driveway for parking if required too.

Great location on Hillhead Road, close to the A69 and A1. For public transport plenty of regular busses (10, 11, 39, 40, 62, 63) close by to get to the city centre (about 20 mins) and beyond. With additional busses (6,7) to get to the metrocentre or Freeman Hospital (via Gosforth). Sainsburies and tesco locals nearby, with a large Morrisons 10 min walk away alongside West Denton shops and Leisure Centre.

I am fairly sociable and enjoy board games, gardening, camping, hiking etc. I am looking to live with somebody sociable, clean and easy going. The house has a large garden which gets a lot of sun during the day and into the evening.
