**Prime Location:** Just over 15 minutes to City Centre, and only 0.8 miles to Newcastle University (similarly about 15 minutes to Newcastle Hospital and the University's Biology/Pharmacy buildings – ideal for researchers spending long hours in the lab!). It’s about 20 minutes across the campus. The building has a large courtyard, surrounded by greenery. The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe. Just a 5-minute walk to the famous Leazes Park – perfect for walking your dog, cat, or even yourself! The route to university is easy, and you can choose to walk through parks and fields, enjoying the scenic views and cows along the way!

**Room Features:** The bed is a small double, with a spacious wardrobe and desk. Shared bathroom and kitchen, both beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need – washing machine, oven, and more. Your future flatmates are two lovely Chinese ladies: one is gentle, kind, and considerate, and the other is a practical and smart helper, creating a cozy and welcoming home. We welcome female tenants, but responsible and tidy male tenants are also accepted. No smoking indoors. Bills not included. The average per-person cost in summer is around £20, and in winter about £40 per person – still very affordable and easily adjustable as needed!
