STUDENTS ONLY - Vacant from the 4th of December. I'm moving out of my studio in Oxford House to go back home, as I don't need to be in Newcastle anymore and I need someone to replace me. Oxford House is a student accommodation in Newcastle City Centre. The studio is great, allows you to have your own space and privacy. The staff is incredible and very helpful.
Rent is £189 per week including bills and the contract runs out in July.

Oxford House is as central as you could possibly want. Located in Newcastle city centre, you could be living a short 5 minute walk from Northumbria University and an 8 minute walk from Newcastle University.
Newcastle Central train station is less than 15 minutes’ walk away and there are supermarkets, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, shopping and the theatre all on your doorstep.
