1 double bedroom for rent in a 3 bed house £420 every 4 weeks inclusive of bills. 1 single room £320 every 4 weeks inclusive of bills.

The single room is a small tidy room with a single bed and chest of drawers ideally suited for someone happy with just the room for sleeping as the rest of the house is shared with good sized rooms.

The double bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes , two bedside cabinets a leather armchair, TV and a computer desk and chair(any furniture not required can be taken out and stored). Full use of the house and facilities.

The house has a very large garden with a decked area and seating area. Housemates wanted to share the house with myself( live in landlord)and and 2 small dogs.


The house is located in Wideopen, Newcastle, with good bus links to town(approx 15-20 min journey from the house to Haymarket bus station- bus stop 3 min walk from the house), the airport (10 min) and coast (15 min).
There are a range of small local shops and a large Asda situated in Gosfoth and Cramlington.

Looking for clean, tidy , quiet but sociable flatmates ideally more mature flatmates and long-term, to share the house with. All cleaning of the house to be shared. The house consists of 3 bedrooms kitchen separate dining room lounge and large bathroom.

Smoking is allowed outside in the garden only.

Parking is off street parking.

Mature flatmates preferred.
