Hello, we have a beautiful double room to rent available ASAP.
The flat is located in Fish Quay, North Shields and is overlooking the sea.
You won’t find a better location if you’re looking for a flat in North Shields.

There's a shared kitchen and living room.
ASDA 5 minutes walk, metro station 7 minutes walk, ferry to South Shields right on your doorstep, and of course- the best pub Low Lights- is 10 minutes walk.

The room is very spacious, en-suite with a huge bath. It’s also really quiet and peaceful. There are only 3 other flats in the building and everyone is so lovely.

I’m moving away and looking for a change of sharer, ideally right now. The contract can be extended in December if required (but that’s up to you).
My flatmate is the sweetest and the most kind person in the world so you have to be a decent human being to live here.

Bills are approx £200 so you’re looking at around £640-650 a month.

This flat is worth every penny and I if wasn’t moving abroad, I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
