Want to live alone?
I'm not going to be living full time, in my flat for the foreseeable future and I hope to find a responsible person to 'look after' it while I'm not there. I'll have one bedroom and I may stay the odd night once in a while.
The room available is a single room (open to discussing, if the right person only wants a double room). However, you'll have sole use of the entire flat. It's a two bedroom flat, one room I am using for storage.
Very quiet residential area, near to Chicester metro station and a short walk to main South Shields high street, and the beach and coast areas. Aldi is two miutes down road. There's also a budget gym 5 mins down road.
