Quirky city centre self contained living space

Okay, so this is something a little different. For what's on offer here for £220 a month, it's a pretty cool package.

This caravan is my absolute pride and joy - I love it. It's immaculately clean, everything works, and it's really cosy, too. I've stayed in it in the middle of winter and the heating inside it is exceptional - I've had to keep the air vents open just to let the heat out at night when the radiator is on.

Because the caravan is immaculate, I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy to move in to it. it is really important to me that the person who takes it takes care of it - it'll be your own personal space, but it must be looked after well by whoever takes it. Sorry but I will not accept students or DSS. Mature students and professionals would be ideal for this space.

I've been all over the country in this caravan and it's comfy and practical. it's definitely not huge, but it has everything you need to call it a cute and cosy home. It has its own mini kitchen containing a grill, five hobs (two electric and three gas), as well as an oven. it has a fridge, kitchen sink, and lots of storage. It has its own toilet and shower as well as bathroom sink.

The caravan is at the back of my property, right in the heart of Sunderland city centre and a 3 minute walk away from Sunderland's main shops and bars. The area is lovely and quiet and the front of the street itself faces onto a leafy park that is a real sun trap in the summer.

The caravan has had a gas and electrical safety check (September 2018) and has had new flooring as of October 2018. It has a wardrobe and a foldaway dining table, too. The sofas can be kept as they are, to create one single bed and a sofa (less faff) or they can be made into a really large and really comfy double bed.

The caravan's toilet is a chemical toilet, meaning if you chose to use it you'd need to empty it into the main toilet at the property every few days. A possibly better alternative is to use the toilets and shower (really powerful, and brand new) in the extension at the back of the property, which is less than 5 feet away from the caravan itself - you will have your own key to access this whenever you want.

The caravan comes with all crockery, pots pans and bits you need to move straight in. Wifi is on site and the signal is a little weak from the caravan but if you got a booster it would reach it without any issues.

Water, gas, mains electricity and internet are all included in the price - what more could you want!

If you're looking for something quirky, self, contained, and that's in the very heart of the city centre but also on a quiet street, with everything provided for you and all for less than £7.30 a night, look no further.
