1 double bedroom to rent, shared bathroom, lkitchen. I work long hours . Furnished with double bed and 2 sets of drawers. Small cupboard with hanging Rail. All bills included. Bus stop 2 minute walk leading to galleries, Sunderland and Chester le street. Area is really quiet and crime free. Extra space available in spare room for extra possessions. Cleaning of kitchen, toilet will be discussed. . A screening and credit check will be required and a former tenancy reference or proof of former accommodation. ( to be discussed). Garden is massive and has decking and is available to use as long as maintenance is shared between me and yourself. Obviously any disabilities or reasons you can't do gardening will be accounted for. I will require a meet to ask questions and only if I am 100% happy then an agreement will be typed up. I am not desperate or in hurry to get a lodger so i will only accept the right person.
