Clean and comfortable accommodation, your room is furnished with mirrored wardrobes and drawers and a double bed.

Clean towels and bed linen are provided.

Use of a personal study / working from home room is available to you if required.

The house offers gas central heating, a shared bathroom, separate living and dining rooms and a modern fully fitted kitchen including fridge, freezer, washer / dryer, microwave, gas hob and oven.

Both on-street and off-street parking is available.

The rent is inclusive of all utilities, broadband (65Mbps) and council tax.
