I have been offered a job in Australia so looking for someone to care for my lovely house near the beach in Whitley Bay for 8 months in the first instance (it is likely I will stay longer). This is a whole house offer for £950 in a sought after area (would prefer a couple or two friends to take on the whole property. The house is on a pedestrian street near metro, beach and community garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for enthusiastic cooks, bathroom has a good powerful shower, there is a warming wood stove in the lounge for cold nights, double bed rooms x2 quiet and peaceful. I can leave yoga slings, sound system and bicycles for the right people or remove and store as required. Looking for genuine caring interest not someone who will not take care of the place or not let me know if anything breaks or needs fixing!
