We have a lovely, quiet, cosy cottage available to rent. in the heart of the lovely market town of Alcester
This cottage is available to be rented as a whole hence the monthly cost - this is for the entire cottage.
I don’t live at the property so you can have the whole house to yourself

The cottage is in walking distance to the beautiful quirky town, with both Tesco and Waitrose within a 5 min walk, bus stops to Evesham, Stratford and Redditch all close by and there is off road parking.

The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, large living room and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the newly renovated private garden. Which is a real sun trap!
The bathroom has a new power shower and said kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, large fridge freezer and dual fuel cooker with plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen also has the access to the peaceful private back garden.

The house is currently unfurnished but this can be changed and can be furnished or part furnished to suit. As you will see from the photos, the unfurnished pictures are as it currently is now.

Unfortunately, I do not take students, professionals only. The house is available 7 days a week, or just in the week, as preferred and is available mid October.
