First floor room overlooking the front. This room is 13 x 13 not including the huge floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes which offer extensive storage space. As can be seen in the pictures there are various other built-in drawers and also drawers under the bed. This room has an insane amount of storage!!

The bed is a 5' king size, with a good quality orthopaedic mattress. Brand new unopened bedding is supplied and your rent covers all bills INCLUDING basic household supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid etc.)

The room comes with a 37" flat screen TV and you also have access to a shared living/dining area downstairs, as well as a modern, well-equipped kitchen with ample cupboards and worktop space.

On your floor, there is a large modern bathroom, and there's a separate shower room up on the second floor. There is a downstairs toilet too.

Virgin high-speed broadband (up to 100Mbps) is included.

There is ample parking round the corner and you're within walking distance of the town centre, Attleborough village, Attleborough industrial estate and George Eliot Hospital.

Current residents are a father and son, both working Monday-Friday. We're friendly and sociable, but respectful of privacy. There's also a cat who comes and goes as she pleases, but she's out overnight. She'll be nervous of you at first!

We're not obsessively tidy but we're looking for someone who will clean up after themselves and respect the property. Non-smokers only. We welcome all genders, races, religions etc.

Permanently employed candidates only. I will want contact details from your employer, as confirmation that you can afford this rent and you will need to set up a standing order. £200 security deposit (which will be returned when you move out provided no damage) + £550 in advance for the first month.
