The bed is a 5' king size, with a good quality orthopaedic mattress. NEW bedding will be provided for the next lodger and your rent covers all bills INCLUDING basic household supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, washing up liquid, bleach)

The room comes with a 37" TV and you also have access to a shared living/dining area downstairs, as well as a modern, well-equipped kitchen with ample cupboards and worktop space. There’s a full height fridge and two separate freezers. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On your floor, there is a large modern bathroom, and there's also a separate shower room on the second floor. There is a downstairs toilet too.

There is plenty of parking just at the side of the property and you're within walking distance of the town centre, Nuneaton railway station, Attleborough village, George Eliot Hospital and various industrial estates.

Non-smokers preferred. Smoking permitted only in garden, not anywhere in the house.

Employment references will be required.

£250 security deposit, which will be returned when you move out, provided no damage.

We're a friendly household, but very respectful of each other's space and privacy. Both males and females have lived here at one time or another. There's also Geraldine the cat - who'll be nervous until she gets to know you!!
