The house is located in a semi-rural, quiet and very safe area with no through traffic and just 1 mile from the M40 junction 15, very convenient for JLR and AM.

Outside there is driveway parking for several cars. At the rear is a large well kept secluded garden with mature trees providing shading, a large lawn and a large patio with table, chairs and loungers (in the summer). Ideal for enjoying a bit of outdoor sun.

The live-in landlord is casual and easy going. He likes a clean, neat and tidy home but is not obsessive about it. The room available includes all bills ie. gas, electric, water and super-fast wireless broadband with unlimited download and is fully furnished with Freesat TV.

Please note that the photos show the actual room that is available, which incidentally is at the front of the house and on the ground floor.

Although the room is available on a Monday to Friday basis, the landlord doesn't mind if the tenant returns late on Sunday evenings. The room is available now..

Full use of kitchen with your own cupboard/fridge/freezer space etc. Downstairs there is a loo/laundry room/cloakroom.

There is also space available in the garage for a bicycle and some storage etc. if required.

There is a labrador dog on site who is totally harmless.
