Period thatched cottage requires caring tenants

Our beautiful home is 500yrs old and has just been renovated (new paint, new carpets and a brand new kitchen fitted). We've brought it into the 20th century with flat screens breakfast bar and wifi that reaches even to end of garden. You may even bring your own cat or tinty pooch. Our home is immaculate (pets only allowed on stone/clay floors downstairs), we need really caring spotless people only. If you are tidy quiet and value living in a wonderful village community with people who still say hello then this is for you.
The cottage is two seperate en suites with there own stairs that both lead to common kitchin and living area etc etc. We also have a bonus annexe just built in the huge garden that is currently a Movie/Gym room. We have parking for proberly 6 cars outside and you will never ever be searching for a space ever and a wonderful leisure park that we as a village raised funds for just 100meters away that even has an outdoor gym. We have 2 pubs two restaurants and a community shop and being on exit 15 of M40 and 2 miles from Warwick on bus route whats not to like. Oh we also have a large back garden that wraps the cottage in roses in spring. About us I'm ex military and we go on travels alot and wont be back for at least 6months. We have had tenants in past that stayed two years.
