Hi,

I am a working professional looking for a flat mate. I’d prefer another girl, no couples. It would be just me you would be sharing with and my friendly dog, so you will need to be OK with him being around.

The room is spacious with two radiators and currently with a desk and a king sized sofa bed. They can be kept in or removed if you’d prefer your own furniture.

There’s no smoking allowed in the property but I don’t mind if you smoke in the garden.

Parking available in front of the house on a quiet street.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The rent is INCLUSIVE of all utility bills, broadband and Netflix, but not a council tax. No deposit.
Please note my letting agent will do references and carry out employment and landlord checks prior to moving in. This will cost £60.

The house is in a lovely historic village just on the edge of Warwick. Warwick train stations are only 10 mins away. The village has a shop with a post office, 2 pubs, curry house, nice park and lots of fields with sheep, alpacas, cows, horses etc. It’s a lovely place for walking, cycling or running!
