A sliding door leads to the walk in shower room with sink and toilet enclosed. All very private.
You would be able to pull your car onto the drive right under your bedroom window.
Its therefore so easy to come and go without any hassle ..
The kitchen use is strictly the hob, microwave, toaster & kettle ( not washing machine & oven }
There is a pub just up the main road if you wish to grab a decent meal and it takes 3 mins to walk there.
The lodgings are convenient for Coleshill, Atherstone is 10 mins and Nuneaton is approx. 15/20mins.
You are welcome to view the room and discuss if and how it would suit your requirements for your working situation.. I could accommodate the odd weekend overtime commitment. . I'm reasonably close to a number of big employers including MIRA, 3Ms, National Grid, George Eliot Hospital , Dobbies , Atherstone Distribution centre .Etc
