My wife and I have a single room available in our new build home. Text my mobile directly if you're interested.

- We leave Mon morning and return Thu night from London so you'll have little interaction with us.
- There is an existing lodger you'd be sharing with Mon-Thu
- Looking for someone trustworthy and reliable who will take care of our home like it's their own.

- Single bed with Emma foam mattress.
- Fresh bed linen and towels will be provided
- Access to shared bathroom
- Cleaner comes Fri morning every 2 weeks
- You're welcome to leave some clothes/items in the wardrobe over the weekend.
- 10min drive to Rugby station
- Home is fully furnished.

- Kitchen with all mod cons inclusing dishwasher
- Fibre internet
- Off-street parking available
- Apologies: We will not consider 7 day lets. This is for Mon- Fri only.
