We have a large double room available to let in a 3 bed semi-detached house with a big garden. Property includes off road parking for up to 5 cars, 2 lounges, porch and hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a main bathroom shared with one other housemate. All bills included.

You will be joining 2 sociable professionals aged 24 & 30 - working locally. We use the great location for access to all main JLR sites, as well as being walkable to Leamington, and close to Warwick, Coventry and Stratford. We're looking for another housemate who enjoys socialising, as we regularly head into town for food/drinks as well as enjoy house nights in.

The room includes a double bed and mattress, a large wardrobe and extra storage cupboard. There is also a desk in the room which is perfect for home working. The room comes with a large wall mounted smart TV.

The house is modern, well sized and recently refurbished. There are 2 sets of double doors which open out onto the garden with brand new patio and dining area. There is another patio area with further outdoor seating. The garden backs onto a large park with access through the back gate. We also have 2 sheds for additional storage, a table tennis table, a big trampoline and double BBQ. There is a driveway for 5 cars with plenty of space available and an EV charging point.

All bills/council tax included. This covers energy/water, very high speed Virgin fibre optic broadband and expansive multi-room TV package (Sky Cinema, Sky/BT sports, Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher also included.

We keep both the house and garden well maintained and clean so everybody enjoys living here. We also have a professional cleaner who cleans all the living areas & bathrooms once every fortnight.
