Currently I am living alone in a 3 bedroom town house. I have had a sharer before but he has moved in with his girlfriend so I now have space for a new sharer.
I have available two double rooms both (4m x 3m), one with a bed, the other with open front wardrobes, family bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin.
The rest of the house consists of entrance hall, downstairs toilet with hand basin, well equipped kitchen including half & half fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, dishwasher and several other appliances.
Living room (5m x 4m) with 65in tv, landline telephone (subject to additional charges) and access to rear garden.
First floor is the two bedrooms and the top floor is where I use.
I am a night shift worker and work a 5 on 3 off rota, I tend to leave for work at approx 5:30 in the evening and return at 4:30 the following morning. I am quiet and clean and tidy.
I’m looking for a quiet, clean and tidy professional person to share. The monthly rent includes bills (subject to fair usage) but there will be additional charges for use of the landline (the broadband is unlimited and approx 50mb).
I will consider a smoker but no smoking is allowed inside the house. There is a drive for car parking.
