Gorgeous village close to Leamington, Warwick, Gaydon and the M40. Bus stop to Leamington close to house, journey takes about 15 minutes. 10 minutes by car to Gaydon.
Would also consider Mon - Fri let.
During winter months £20 per month will be requested to cover additional fuel bills.
