We have a lovely large double room to let in our home in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Nuneaton in Hartshill. The house is situated on a small lane and has ample parking in the front. There is a bus stop a five minute walk away with links to Nuneaton and Atherstone.
It is furnished and has a large family bathroom next door which would usually be for your sole use. This has a bath with shower over.
There is access to the kitchen and a washing machine and there is a large garden for hanging out laundry.
There is a good broadband connection.
We are both retired teachers n our 60s who are young at heart, sociable and friendly, but are also quite private and keep ourselves to ourselves. We do travel a lot so there would be occasions when you would be the sole occupant.
We have had previous lodgers in the last few years and are looking for a respectful, clean and tidy lodger.
