I am looking for a clean and tidy professional who is looking for somewhere to stay for 6 months plus.
The rent is all inclusive and extremely cheap for the area. There is a place to park your car and an outside garden which is all gravel, but still pretty nice. The house is situated in a quiet area of Kenilworth and it is easy to get to Leamington by bus or car. Approx 20 mins at rush hour. It is also only 3 min drive from the A46 junction which is handy for getting into Coventry or Stratford.
So a little bit about myself, I am a coach of a local sports team and am often away competing or out with friends. I enjoy cooking and staying active as well as having a few nights in to chill and watch films. I am easy going and like to be sociable.
