Bright, Furnished Double Room in Colourful Home

Hello there

Should you be looking for a bright, energetic and good humoured landlady/house mate and require a relaxed, intelligent and non-judgemental environment to live in then look no further :) I would love to have someone who is also lovely and warm and open to come and share this wonderful home with me.

I have light and airy double room that over looks the enclosed garden in my cute detached house. I am next door to the allotments and greenway in the old town of Kenilworth which is beautiful and peaceful.

The house is 15 minutes walk from the town centre, 10 minutes walk to the Abbey Fields and swimming pool and 3-5 mins from bus stops to Coventry and Warwick University as well as some great bars and restaurants on the old High Street and my local The Engine. There's several little shops close by for bits and Sainsburys/Waitrose are a 15 minute walk or a five min drive.

The room is quite large and has a super comfy King size bed. There is a wardrobe rail and built in cupboards and desk.

The bathroom is right next door with on demand hot water and a good shower and bath. There is a smart TV with Netflix (included in rent) in your room. There is also a strong wifi signal for you to use.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences, dish washer, washing machine, microwave, oven/grill, toaster, blender, many many things and there's another toilet downstairs.

I have a big, bright lounge which I tend to hog! I love watching lots of movies but you are ore than welcome to join me. I love movies and box sets but can't stand period dramas and drama generally and nature documentaries, (too emotional!) but love sci-fi, action and comedy...robots, spaceships and aliens are my favourite.

Henry, my cat, also lives here. He is a chilled, happy soul, so you need to like cats as he likes a stroke and a chat.

I provide bed linen and have some spare towels. I will also happily do all washing as it is more economical and environmentally friendly. I don't mind if you smoke as I enjoy the occasional smoke. I have a heated patio with a covered area for smoking so we wont totally freeze!
