Payment of 1st and last month's rent required at the beginning of the tenancy. The price given is for a 12 month let - £550 - there is a £10 pcm supplement for 6 month lets - £560.

Please note there is no shared living room - I'm sorry I can't do anything about this and I seem to get a few people who will come to view and then tell me it's lovely but they'd like a shared living room which wastes both our time.

There is a very friendly pub nearby which is open during the day and eve, serves coffee and nice food, has sofas, wifi and can be used as an 'extended' living space! Across the road is the Dell Garden which is a nice green space to sit in during the Summer.
